Join us for our January speaker event at the Sanctuary Event Center in Fargo. We welcome John Pickerill, Advertising Attorney of Fredrickson & Bryon, P.A., to Fargo for his talk titled, “Operating in a Legal Minefield: Navigating the Legal Risks of Advertising”

Presentation Summary:

Whether its false advertising, artificial intelligence, publicity rights, trademark issues, sweepstakes, copyright infringement or one of the many other legal issues in the creative marketplace, advertisers are operating in a legal minefield. This presentation will explore current tips, trends and trouble spots in advertising law to help you maximize the effectiveness of your marketing efforts, while minimizing client risk.

John Pickerill is a shareholder in Fredrikson’s Advertising Marketing & Trademark Group. John strives to be a one-stop shop, helping clients with all the legal issues which converge in the marketing world.
