2023 Downtown Fargo Home Tour

The Downtown Fargo Home Tour is back and better than ever! There will be 8 homes and units available to tour, from quaint apartments and spacious condos to a smart home and even tiny homes made out of hemp materials! You will also receive a booklet with information on each home and loads of coupons to downtown businesses!
You’ll Tour:
- 300 NP Ave. N.
- 808 2nd Ave. N.
- The Loft on 8th, 309 8th St. N.
- The Lowman, 408 Broadway N.
- The Hive, 308 10th St. N.
- City Center Lofts, 301 3rd Ave. N.
- Bostad Condos, 117 Broadway N.
- Mercantile Apartments, 405 Broadway N.
TICKET INFO:
- You may purchase your tickets NOW from TicketTailor, or from Zandbroz Variety, Front Street Taproom, Daily’s Market, and Goin’ Postal (cash or check only, please).
- The event will start in Broadway Square where you will show your ticket to receive your wristband and tour booklet with special downtown promotions.
- We will have a trolley service to each home.
- Some properties are handicap accessible.
