“I always look forward to another Tequila class! In this class we will examine how a Tequila changes in the barrel, highland vs lowland agave, production methods, and so much more. Like whiskey, good Tequila is a sipping spirit at heart. For those of you who generally stick to whiskey I highly encourage you to give this Tequila lineup a try. I guarantee you will fall in love with the spirit, or perhaps gain a new appreciation for it after this experience. ”
