A fantastic way to prioritize self-care in 2023 – join us for our Postpartum Wellness Event!
Our team of skilled Physical Therapists is here to support you. They’ll assess your core muscles for Diastasis Rectus Abdominus (DRA), provide an initial consultation for any body-related concerns, including pelvic floor issues, and suggest quick remedies to help.
You can also meet with our lactation consultant, infant & breastfeeding craniosacral therapist, or massage therapist, or take advantage of a car seat inspection offered by the Cass County Sheriff’s Office.
Our carefully selected vendors are experts in postpartum care and are here to assist you. Whether you’re looking for stylish clothing to flatter your changing body, safe postpartum exercise guidance, tips for preparing nourishing snacks and healthy drinks, or even mommy makeover opportunities – we’ve got you covered. Plus, capture fabulous moments with your little one in our photo sessions!
