BumbleBee Watch BioBlitz on Bluestem Prairie

Join Scientific and Natural Areas Staff, NDSU, and UND researchers for a fun morning of seeking out and learning to identify our area’s native bumblebees on the stunning Bluestem Prairie Scientific and Natural Area!

Using our phones or cameras, we will seek to capture as many images of as many bees as possible! This is a beautiful opportunity to learn about the importance of native bees and the plants they love and contribute to a citizen science data set that is helping to save these amazing creatures!

A vehicle pass will be needed to enter the state park (Daily $7 or Annual $35)
