Free seeds will be available at the Main Library and Dr. James Carlson Library
The Fargo Public Library is launching its annual spring seed library on Friday, March 15. The seed library is a collection of flower, vegetable, and herb seeds that residents can plant and grow at home. It’s perfect for both beginner and seasoned gardeners, and it’s free! The seed library will be available to residents at the Main Library and the Dr. James Carlson Library while supplies last. However, there’s a limit of five seed packets per household per visit.
If you need more information about the seed library, you can contact Kayla at 701.476.4026. You can also call the Main Library Circulation Desk at 701.241.1472 or the Dr. James Carlson Library at 701.476.4040.
We would like to express our gratitude to the NDSU Extension’s Master Gardener Program for making this program possible.
Please note that Fargo Public Library events are free and open to the public. However, adults must accompany children ages 9 and younger. If you want to know more about the library, resources, services, and a list of upcoming events, you can call 701.241.1492 or visit fargolibrary.org.
