Grab your friends and a yoga mat and get ready to stretch, breath and connect with nature during this summer’s Yoga in the Park series. Join the Fargo Park District, Courts Plus Community Fitness and YMCA of Cass and Clay Counties at Rheault Farm on Wednesday evenings from 6:00 to 7:00 pm.
Yoga in the Park is designed to be accessible to yogis of all skill levels. Anyone under the age of 15 must be accompanied by an adult. Registration is not required but a suggested free will donation of $5 is accepted each week and donations will be given to local charities. A small number of rental mats will be available for use at a first come, first serve basis.
Due to construction at Island Park, this summer’s Yoga in the Park series will take place at Rheault Farm on the following dates:
