The Fargo Air Museum is partnering with Homeward Animal Shelter for Dogs & Donuts on Wednesday, February 8, 2023, from 11 am to 1 pm, an adoption meet and greet event. Homeward Animal Shelter will be bringing adoptable dogs to the museum in hopes to find their forever homes. Complimentary coffee and donuts will be provided.
“It is so exciting to be teaming up with Homeward Animal Shelter for Dogs and Donuts,” says Amy Ott, Director of Operations at the Fargo Air Museum. “This is a great opportunity to meet and learn about the mission of both organizations the day before Giving Hearts Day.”
This event is part of the Giving Hearts Day week-long celebration at the Fargo Air Museum. Visit fargoairmuseum.org for more information on the week’s events and partnerships with other nonprofits. No pre-registration is required. Free admission to all.
“Come out and enjoy the museum and meet some of the dogs that are going to be here,” says Ott. “Maybe you will be fortunate enough to meet your forever friend! I adopted my Blitzen 10 years ago from Homeward Animal Shelter and it was a perfect match! “
“We couldn’t be more excited to partner with the Fargo Air Museum, as we did last year, for another Dogs & Donuts adoption meet-and-greet event,” says Heather Klefstad, Marketing Director at Homeward Animal Shelter. “It’s the second year in a row we’ve been able to host this event the day before Giving Hearts Day, and we hope we can start making it an annual affair.”
