Roger Reierson joined Flint Group in 1976 when it employed 13 people. Under his leadership and with the help of wonderful associates, the business has grown from a small downtown Fargo firm to an international business that employs more than 200. Roger has received numerous industry awards, including the 2015 Bemidji State University Outstanding Alumni Award and the 2011 National Agri-Marketing Association (NAMA) National Agri-Marketer of the Year Award. He contributes his business expertise as a thought leader and officer for many groups, including the Greater North Dakota Chamber, FMWF Chamber and the North Central Higher Learning Commission. Roger has also served on various statewide committees and boards.

Junior Grand Marshal
At only 3 years old, Reina Haug is already a cancer survivor who has overcome incredible odds. Reina was just 5 months old when she was diagnosed with stage 4 neuroblastoma—a very rare, fast-growing cancer. The large, invasive tumor wrapped around her heart and blood vessels, trachea, upper lung and spine. After nearly a year of aggressive treatments, Reina’s cancer is now in remission. Today, she’s a happy, healthy 3-year-old.
