Wine Class – Pinot Noir

October 30, 2025 @ 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm
Join Certified Sommelier Joshua Voytek on an exploration of Pinot Noir and what makes this grape special.

Join Certified Sommelier Joshua Voytek on an exploration of Pinot Noir and what makes this grape in particular see many wild swings in price and quality. Pinot Noir, a thin-skinned grape, is sometimes referred to as the diva grape as it is particularly sensitive to terroir and climate. Originating from France, specifically the region of Burgundy, where some expressions fetch some of the highest prices worldwide, this grape is also seeing some success in other regions such as Oregon, Germany and New Zealand. Pinot Noir tends to fare best in cooler climate regions and is super versatile in pairings, making it a favorite for many wine drinkers. Going into the fall and holiday season, Pinot Noir can be a great wine to bring to pair with traditional fall dishes. Whether you are already a Pinot Noir fan, and want the opportunity to learn more about different expressions of this grape, or if you are just looking to learn more about Pinot Noir, this class will be a great opportunity to figure out your palate preferences and understand why you may have to pay a little more to get good Pinot Noir.

Must be 21+ to attend.
