Wine Class – Noble Grapes with Cheese and Olives

November 29, 2025 @ 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm
Learn about pairing nobles grapes from their old world homes with cheese and olives, with Romayne Kiilde and Evan Christie.

Within the world of wine, the term “noble grapes” refers to the six varieties that have become such international successes, they are almost universally known among wine drinkers – Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Riesling, Pinot Noir, Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon. Each grape can, when at its best, express both a sense of itself and the place where is was grown. They have highly-defined characters and represent the qualities wine lovers seek out – balance, intensity, and provenance.

In this class, we will explore classic, old-world examples of each grape and pair them with a cheese and olive. Romayne Kilde will feature these cheese and olive pairings to delight your palate and give you ideas for hosting going into the holiday season. Each wine poured by Evan Christie will be hand-picked to pair with the cheese and olives for a fulfilling sensory experience. Please note the tickets for this class do include the cost of sourcing high-quality ingredients to pair with our wines.

Must be 21+ to attend.
