StartupBREW Fargo: AgTech Week Takeover

June 11 @ 8:00 am - 9:30 am

StartupBREW Fargo is a weekly networking event in Fargo held at the Prairie Den on Wednesday mornings from 8:00 AM – 9:30 AM. Join us on June 11th for our AgTech Week Takeover Day! We will be hearing from Xavier Hebert-Couturier, co-founder of Picketa Systems Inc, Jana Tian, co-founder of Upside Robotics and Murray MacKinnon, CEO of SulTech.

Picketa Systems enables rapid, in-field plant tissue analysis with its LENS™ technology, delivering crop nutrient data within seconds—no shipping or lab delays required. The platform empowers growers, agronomists, and agri-professionals to make timely, data-driven decisions that boost yield, optimize input use, and streamline workflows.

Upside Robotics builds 24/7 autonomous robots that precisely match fertilizer to corn crop needs, cutting nitrogen use by up to 70% while improving yields, reducing costs, and protecting soil health. Their lightweight, AI-powered Maize Runner monitors plant health in real time, enabling targeted interventions and sustainable farming—now available for all major corn types.

Sultech Global develops advanced sulphur-based soil amendments using proprietary micronization technology to improve nutrient delivery, soil health, and sustainability. By repurposing sulphur from Western Canada’s oil and gas sector, Sultech addresses global sulphur deficits while reducing emissions and enhancing agricultural efficiency.
