Step into a Scandinavian winter wonderland and celebrate the season with a festive Swedish brunch. We’ll prepare a menu inspired by traditional holiday flavors and Nordic hospitality:
- Cardamom Granola & Lingonberry Parfaits
- Swedish Pancakes with classic toppings
- Swedish Almond Cake — tender, aromatic, and perfect with coffee
- Salmon & Dill Egg Bake — a savory showstopper
New to Swedish cuisine or simply craving a cozy culinary escape? This class offers a delightful mix of sweet and savory dishes that are perfect for holiday gatherings.

Doors open 15 minutes prior to class.
Wine, Cocktails & Other Drinks available for purchase.
You’ll cook in a group of 2 people unless you request a larger group.
No need to bring anything for class – everything is provided.
Closed toe shoes encouraged.
Class subject to cancellation if a minimum sign-up not met. This will vary by instructor and you will be notified of the cancellation 24 hours in advance. Cancelled classes will be refunded.
