A One‑Week Yeast‑Mastery Adventure for Young Bakers Ages 10 & Up
While not required, we strongly suggest you either have taken Baking Bootcamp or have a solid knowledge of baking as this class will be more advanced.
Get ready to rise, roll, twist, and bake your way through a week of warm, fluffy, golden‑brown goodness!
Rising Stars Baking Camp is the next step for young bakers who are ready to level up — this time diving into the magical world of yeast baking.
From sweet to savory, simple to show‑stopping, each day brings a new doughy creation and a whole lot of delicious fun.
What We’ll Bake
- Monday | Crescent Rolls with handcrafted compote (demo) and flavored butters. Soft buttery, and perfect for dipping, spreading, and devouring.
- Tuesday | Cinnamon Rolls – swirly, gooey, cinnamon‑sugar perfection from dough to glaze.
- Wednesday | Monkey Bread – sticky, pull‑apart magic that’s as fun to make as it is to eat.
- Thursday | Pretzels with Dipping Sauces with three different dips. Twisted, salted, and perfectly baked.
- Friday | Calzones (Meat & Cheese) – learn to layer and roll for a unique meal that you can make again and again. Served with homemade marinara and a fantastic side salad!

You’ll cook in a group of 2.
No need to bring anything for class – everything is provided.
Closed toe shoes encouraged.
Class subject to cancellation if a minimum sign-up not met. You will be notified of the cancellation 24 hours in advance. Cancelled classes will be refunded.
