Flavorful Dishes for Your Week!
Ready to simplify your week without sacrificing taste?
Learn how to transform everyday staples like chicken and rice into a variety of vibrant, balanced meals. Together we’ll prepare dishes such as Bang Bang Chicken, Tuscan Chicken Bowls, Burrito Bowls, and Honey Lemon Chicken—each packed with flavor and designed to keep mealtime exciting.
You’ll head home with multiple individual servings, perfectly portioned and ready to heat and enjoy throughout the week. And because no prep session is complete without a little extra fuel, we’ll also sample a selection of sweet and savory nutrient-rich snacks to keep you energized and feeling your best.
Please Note: We may not be able to make all of the dishes listed above. This class requires participation from multiple groups – the more groups we have, the more options for meals.

What to Expect |
Doors open 15 minutes prior to class.
Wine, Cocktails & Other Drinks available for purchase.
You’ll cook in a group of 2 people unless you request a larger group.
No need to bring anything for class – everything is provided.
Closed toe shoes encouraged.
Class subject to cancellation if a minimum sign-up not met. This will vary by instructor and you will be notified of the cancellation 24 hours in advance. Cancelled classes will be refunded.
