Holiday Hustle x F45 – Presented by Scheels Moorhead

Join us for Holiday Hustle: The Buff Santa Workout, a high-energy community workout powered by F45 Training. This festive fitness event brings the heat with a pod-style class, DJ beats, giveaways, and a post-sweat celebration featuring local partners, protein-packed treats, and holiday vibes.

Think Santa’s workshop — but for gains. 🎁💪

Workout Format: 3 Festive Pods w/ 6 stations per pod

  • 🎄 Pod 1:The Sleigh Station — Cardio + plyo focus to get the heart pumping.
  • 💥 Pod 2: Core by Claus — Abs, stability, and powerhouse control.
  • 🏋️‍♂️ Pod 3: Santa’s Strength Shop — resistance training bands, etc for an upper body or lower body focus

Each pod will be themed with festive signage and instructor energy to match the holiday vibe.
