oin in the fun of the first live performances of three one-act comic operas based on randy and raunchy tales from the Decameron. Each of these operas had premieres online created as a new form of opera in 2020 during the pandemic as part of the first operas released as the Decameron Opera Coalition. These short funny stories from “Tales From A Safe Distance” originated from another pandemic (in the 14th century!) are brought into the present day and feature the young, fresh voices of our 2023 Gate City Bank Young Artists.
NOTE: Because of the adult themes of these operas they are recommended for mature audiences only.
