Cooking Classics | A Tour of Italy
Dive into the art of handcrafted pasta in our Tour of Italy class. We’ll top that fresh pasta with three iconic sauces in the colors of the Italian flag: Alfredo, Marinara and Pesto. A classic Caesar salad will round out the menu, and finish the night with a timeless favorite–tiramisu, layered with espresso-soaked ladyfingers and silky mascarpone cream. YUM!
