CliftonStrengths® Training Opportunity
Through the support of a generous grant, The Village Family Service Center Trainer, Susan Williams, is hosting two one-day CliftonStrengths® seminars designed to help organizations that serve marginalized communities maximize their impact. This hands-on session will explore how identifying and leveraging strengths can enhance teamwork, increase efficiency, and improve service delivery.

Who Should Attend
This opportunity is ideal for nonprofit and community-based organizations that serve marginalized or under-resourced populations. Each organization may send 2–3 participants.
- A free full-day interactive seminar (a $600 value)
- A virtual follow-up session to deepen insights and support implementation
- CliftonStrengths® assessment and personalized reports
- Hands-on tools and guidance to apply strengths in real-world settings
When and Where
In the application, you’ll have the opportunity to choose one session date held on either September 23 or October 1 from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Dakota Medical Foundation, 4321 20th Ave S, Fargo, ND 58103.
How the Session Will Work
Approximately two weeks before the event, you’ll receive a link to take the CliftonStrengths® assessment, which will serve as the foundation for the session. The session will consist of a mix of presentations, discussions, reflections, and action planning, all related to how you can best utilize your strengths, plus snacks!
