Speaker Bio:
Josh Horton is the founder of the Creative Workers Union, an unapologetic community empowering creative professionals and commercial artists to use their craft for meaningful impact on commerce, communities, and their careers. He also runs Conviction, a brand studio helping purpose-driven leaders clarify and amplify their core beliefs, and hosts the State of the Union Podcast, where he leads honest conversations about the creative industry’s real challenges and opportunities. With roots in graphic and brand design, Josh champions aligning purpose, passion, and craft to equip the next generation of creatives to build work that meaningfully shapes the world we live in.
