Learn to make our version of Beef Wellington that you can complete and eat in a few hours.

You’ll learn to make Mushroom Duxelle (seriously delicious stuff!) and use Puff Pastry.

Full Menu Includes:

  • Delicious & Amazing Salad
  • Beef Wellington Turnovers with Sweet Chili Wine Sauce
  • Bananas Foster  – FLAMBE!

What to Expect | 

Doors open 15 minutes prior to class.

Wine, Cocktails & Other Drinks available for purchase.

You’ll cook in a group of 2 people unless you request a larger group.
