Alt RPG Day goes monthly at Paradox Comics-N-Cards.

Dungeons & Dragons may be the biggest name in role-playing games, but it’s far from the only one—and some of the most exciting RPGs out there live just outside the D&D bubble. That’s what this day is for.

Each month we’ll be running non-D&D role-playing games. The exact systems will change month to month depending on what our DMs are excited to run—and that’s part of the fun. You don’t need to know the game ahead of time. You just need to show up ready to play.

This is a great day to:

  • Try a new RPG without committing to a campaign
  • Learn a system you’ve been curious about
  • Sit down with a table of players who want to explore something different

If you’re a DM who loves non-D&D systems and wants an excuse to put something cool on the table, we want you.

  • Run what you’re excited about
  • One-shots or short arcs work best
  • DMs are paid in store credit
  • We’ll help seat your table and promote the day
