Tip your hat to summer at the Senior Picnic – Hats Off to Summer, hosted by the West Fargo Park District for residents ages 55 and up at Rustad Recreation Center. New this year, we’ll be celebrating early with a July picnic!
Hats take center stage, so bring your biggest, brightest, and most outrageous summer hat. From vintage favorites to over-the-top creations, prizes will be awarded for standout styles—this is your chance to really tip your cap to creativity.
