A breakfast/brunch classic that is easier to make at home than you think! You’ll be taught how to tackle the most difficult components of this restaurant staple (poaching eggs and making hollandaise) with ease! You’ll also be taught some restaurant secrets that allow you to do some of the work ahead of time, allowing you to execute an amazing breakfast for 2 to 10 family members.

Come armed with food storage containers and leave with several individual meals for the week. Learn to take basic ingredients like chicken and rice and create a variety of flavorful, balanced meals. Menu may include Bang Bang Chicken, Tuscan Chicken Bowls, Burrito Bowls, and Honey Lemon Chicken. Food containers available for purchase on site.

You will learn how to make a roux (the base for many soups and sauces) and how to turn that into a creamy, cheesy sauce for your mac and cheese.
