Our packaging leader at Fargo Brewing Company, Sarah Pedersen wants to celebrate St. Valentine’s Day in a big way, with a special infusion made from choice ingredients that emphasize that special feeling we all get when we hold a beer; love.

Sarah has used some of our dwindling supply of Roustabout, our oatmeal milk stout, and infused it with chocolate, vanilla beans, and almonds. All three ingredients work perfectly together as is, but are taken to the next level by Roustabout’s creamy mouthfeel and sweet dark chocolate flavor.
