Kombucha: The mysterious bubbly fermented elixer that is packed with health benefits and that grocery stores have you paying $6 a bottle for!
We love this workshop because each time we offer it, our Kombucha “SCOBY” named “Dan” multiplies and gets sent of into the community with dozens of new Kombucha masters! During this workshop, students will learn the ins and outs of home brewed kombucha, and leave with their own batch that can be brewed again and again, multiplying your own SCOBY so that you can share it with friends! You’ll learn how to start a batch, how to safely maintain the culture, and how to add fruits and flavors and achieve bubbly goodness with a second fermentation at home.
