An Evening In California Cooking Class

The cuisine of California reflects the diverse culture of California driven by local and sustainable ingredients with an attention to seasonality. Michele will bring you to the streets of L. A. where she goes frequently with her sister on food-frenzy trips! We will start the evening making a variation of the Cobb Salad that originated here along with delicious avocado toast that Californians are fiercely proud of in this 75/25 hands on to demonstration class. A trip to California wouldn’t be complete without tasting shrimp street tacos and delicious tri-tip. For dessert we will make budino, the rich, creamy dessert of Los Angeles that you see on so many menus.
