FARGO, N.D. – The Fargo Park District and Concordia Science Academy are once again partnering to host The Lab, a hands-on science event for children ages 7-12. This year’s theme, “Biology: The Science of Life,” will offer interactive experiments and activities focusing on the biological world.
The event is scheduled for Saturday, October 11, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Rheault Farm. Participants will have the opportunity to use microscopes, dissect owl pellets, examine fossils, and explore the inner workings of cells. Dr. Graeme and the Concordia Science Academy team will lead the activities, and young scientists will receive lab notebooks to record their observations and discoveries.
The Lab is free to attend, open to the public, and does not require pre-registration. For additional information, the public can visit FargoParks.com or call 701-499-6060.
