Downtown Fargo has hired Randi Heisler as the new Director of Events and Activation, according to a statement from the Downtown Community Partnership (DCP). With over a decade of experience in sales, client relations, strategic business development, and community events, Heisler brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to her role in making Downtown Fargo even more vibrant and dynamic.
The DCP promotes Downtown Fargo as a preferred place to live, work, and visit, working to a strong sense of place filled with vibrant culture, art, and commerce. As the Director of Events and Activation, Heisler will play a crucial role in organizing and supervising events that bring the community together and enhance the downtown experience.
“We are excited to welcome Randi Heisler to our team,” said DCP Executive Director Rocky Schneider. “Her track record of excellence, leadership, and community spirit aligns perfectly with our mission to create unforgettable experiences in Downtown Fargo. We believe Randi will play a key role in advancing our events and activation initiatives.”
Heisler’s entrepreneurial spirit is evident from her experience as the founder of Randi Heisler Consulting & Brand Management, where she established a successful consultancy specializing in improving sales, customer service, and brand aesthetics. Her consulting work has spanned various industries, including beauty, skincare, fashion, healthcare, grocery, agriculture, and retail, and she has consistently delivered tangible and measurable outcomes for her clients.
“I am honored to join the DCP team and contribute to the growth and vibrancy of Downtown Fargo,” said Heisler. “I am passionate about building strong communities, and I look forward to working closely with our partners and stakeholders to create memorable experiences for residents and visitors alike.”
Schneider says Heisler’s expertise in event management, initiative, communication, and reliability will be invaluable as she leads the execution of DCP-hosted events, drives the activation of downtown spaces through partnerships, and collaborates with businesses to strengthen downtown as a cultural and economic hub of the region.
