Sol Long 2020 – A Virtual Celebration Presented by Sol Ave. Kitchen, Fargo Brewing & Jade Presents

2020 has been a kick in the pants, so let’s wish it farewell the responsible way. Join Sol Ave. Kitchen, Fargo Brewing and Jade Presents in a virtual celebration to say “Sol” long to 2020. Enjoy the musical stylings of The Pat Lenertz Band and savor the perfectly paired cheese and desserts from Sol Ave. Kitchen with tasty Fargo Brewing Company (FBC) adult beverages.

The Pat Lenertz Band will start streaming Thursday, December 31, 7 p.m.  A link will be emailed from Tickets300 prior to the live premiere. The Pat Lenertz Band is a collective of Red River Valley musicians fronted by Lenertz. With a mix of Americana and roots-inspired rock music, this talented group has over 17 years of experience playing the local scene.

Ticket Price and Packages

The Big Blow Out | $55 plus applicable fees. Includes FBC beer and Sol Ave. Kitchen cheese and dessert pairings along with link to The Pat Lenertz Band virtual concert.

The Foodie Party | $35 plus applicable fees. Includes Sol Ave. Kitchen cheese and dessert pairings along with link to The Pat Lenertz Band virtual concert.

Paired Experiences

  • Emmentaler Swiss Style with pickles and mustard paired with FBC Original, a traditional unfiltered German-style Helles Lager.
  • Cana de Cabra Spanish goat cheese with gochujaro almonds and hot honey paired with FBC Stimulus Czech, an authentic Czech Pilsner with a subtle flavor profile.
  • Prairie Sunset gouda/cheddar like cheese with gingersnap togarashi & black garlic FBC Woodchipper, a classic American IPA showcasing aromatic hops and gives off a wave of pine flavor.
  • Lucky Linda Cheddar with tomato jam and kelp powder paired with FBC Beach Break, a tropical IPA with attributes of Sabro Hops, coconut, Cashmere hops, melon, tangerine and citrus.
  • Liquid Cheesecake with apple cake crumbles, miso butterscotch and cashew crunch paired with FCB Stone’s Throw, a dark, complex and smooth Scottish ale.
  • Cinnamon Streusel Coffee Cake with chocolate espresso fudge and puppy chow paired with FBC CinnaBuster, a coffee cake stout that brings the flavors of vanilla, rich chocolate and a bit of cinnamon together.
