Gameday Grub: Mouthwatering Appetizers & Eats

Sidestreet Food

Whether you’re celebrating a win, coping with a loss, rooting for your team or you just need a good place to gather with friends for food and drinks, Downtown Fargo has something to fit your needs no matter the season. Here are a few places you can watch your favorite game (for the sports nuts or not), while also enjoying delicious appetizers and addicting dishes.

Pounds

612 1st Ave. N
Whether you’re looking for a good burger, killer appetizers, 40s of beer, thoughtfully-crafted cocktails, a place to watch the game or even a dance party, Pounds is welcoming and gratifying in many ways. And with plenty of finger food to share (or not, depending on how addicted you become to these apps), Pounds is easily a great place to bring your friends and have a round or five.

The restaurant has also launched stellar new menu items to boot, so don’t waste any time getting your hands on any of it. We’re not joking when we say it’s addicting.

The Happy Hour menu and prices will be available from 4-6 p.m. and 9 p.m.-close every day.

Grilled cheese sticks with a creamy tomato soup — comfort food meets finger food. $5 during Happy Hour.
Fried pickles with a house-made avocado ranch dip. $5 during Happy Hour.
The Sloppy José: a dish where two classic favorites (Sloppy Joe + Quesadilla) are morphed together for a truly addicting combination. Made with jalapeño, onion, pico and served with avocado ranch. Only $6 during Happy Hour!

Pick from plenty of delicious appetizers, devour some of their famous sausages, try a bacon flight and make sure you bring plenty of friends to share a boot of beer with. Try: Bavarian Pretzels
