“Jonathan brings a unique set of skills that we feel fits perfectly into our needs as we move forward as an organization. As a small business owner, downtown advocate, nonprofit leader, and sought-after speaker and consultant, he brings an excellent blend of perspectives that can help us continue to grow and thrive”, said Tim Flakoll, the DCP’s board chair. “Downtown Fargo not only has a great history, but an amazing future ahead of it and our board is excited to have him joining us as a leader to build on our momentum.”

Holth will begin in his role immediately. “The future of Downtown Fargo is incredibly bright, and the DCP plays a critical role in that future. This organization has a rich history and an exciting road ahead. I’m honored to be a part of it, and I’m looking forward to working with the board, the staff, the members, and people throughout the community to build meaningful relationships that will help the DCP continue to be successful”, Holth said.

Flakoll said that the board still plans to conduct a national search for a permanent President and CEO in the future. “Bringing Jonathan on board allows us to continue our organizational initiatives and then focus on that search”, he said. “With all of the great things on the horizon for Downtown Fargo, the DCP is well-positioned to work with its members to continue making Downtown Fargo a destination in itself with a spectrum of opportunities for people of all ages, interests and tastes.”
