Recipe
- In a mixing glass add 1 1/2 oz. Alander Spiced Rum
- Add 1/2 oz. Sloe Gin
- Add 1/3 oz. Allspice Dram
- Add 1/3 oz hazelnut liqueur
- Add 1/3 oz. ginger simple syrup
- Build spirits in a mixing glass and crack a whole egg into the mix
- Add food coloring and wisk mixture
- Shake with ice, strain back into glass and shake again until ice crystals are gone
- Strain back into glass
- Shave nutmeg and sprinkle over a torch flame for a roasted nutmeg garnish
- Add drops of Angostura Bitters on top
